- Ensure the practices of inclusivity, youth as partners, collaboration, sustainability, and strengths-based approach
- Evaluate the opportunities, skill-building, and authentic relationships offered by MYN through TREK Teen Council
- Promote Positive Youth Development practices and principles throughout the community
- Offer SOAR presentations and PYD trainings to community members

- Make announcements about upcoming programs and events
- Regularly educate and update the Network and community on current efforts and their impact
- Partner with Rise Above Colorado for mass media campaign for positive community norms to address favorable attitudes towards substances

- Recommend risk and protective factors based on data analysis
- Based on findings, assess community resources to address prioritized risk and protective factors
